Hi, everyone! Well, it’s been quite a week here at the Smucker house. Lucy is still in Europe. Maile and a few of the kids headed south to Tennessee after a long weekend that included a family reunion, lots of corn hole, and a flash flood. And I returned from Portland a week ago only to finalize plans for an upcoming trip to Boulder, CO.
When we came into this summer, we had decided we wanted to have a quiet one, just us at the house, taking it easy. The best laid plans, I guess.
But the book-writing continues! The following is a rough draft of Chapter Three. If you’d like to check out the revised versions of chapters one and two, you can find those here:
Without further ado…Chapter Three. This one is going to need a lot of work. I’ll let you know my thoughts in the next few days regarding my revision strategy for this chapter. In the meantime, any thoughts you have are welcome! Just drop them in the comments.
