So sorry for the loss of realized dreams in little George. Winter rain has drenched MN for days and it lacks the optimism and magic of snowfall indeed.

grief calls out to grief, and there’s something so right about gray rain to blanket sadness. i’m recalling too your earlier post about the chance intersections that crate such beauty, because there’s something of that here too, in the juxtaposition of loss and rain and the warmth of family’s presence and the awe of jupiter’s moons.
